Our billboard printing is Seamless Rolled Vinyl, other printers seam multiple vinyl panels together after printing.

We print our billboards on 13 oz vinyl flex. They are anti-mildew, anti-UV, and flame retardant, meeting NFPA-701 (National Fire Protection Association) guidelines for flame resistance. The Outdoor Weight Vinyl is 840 x 840 Tinsel Strength, matching industry weight standard with a strong bond to increase durability. It is designed to withstand temperatures as low as minus 55 degress Fahrenheit.

Our billboards are printed at a High Resolution of 360 dpi providing more ink coverage per inch, resulting in a clearer, crisper printing product. Most large format printers print their billboards at 70 dpi to speed up the printing time to increase their output.

Our billboards use High Quality UV Ink, made with automotive-grade pigments designed to resist fading for 2 years, and Glossy Vinyl to resist fading and results in more vibrant print colors.
